They do ship internationally, but OWC's terms of sale state that orders shipped outside the United States are subject to whatever taxes, duties and import fees the destination country applies, and that OWC doesn't collect those at checkout. The same terms make international warranty and return shipping the customer's responsibility. Buying in the UK avoids both.
